TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our Services

  • We specialize in real-time social media management, content creation, Photobooth, and Photobook services to capture your wedding moments and share them with your loved ones.

Booking and Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due after your event.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, the price is locked in and won’t change.

  • We accept various payment methods for your convenience.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Life happens! If you need to cancel, let us know as soon as possible. If it's more than 30 days before your event, your deposit will be non-refundable, but no further charges will apply.

  • For cancellations within 30 days of your event, additional fees may apply.

  • If we've already provided part of the service, we can discuss partial refunds.

Content Rights

  • We love showcasing our work! We may share photos and videos from your event on our social media, website, or portfolio. If you prefer to keep your content private, just let us know in advance.

  • You'll receive all digital copies for personal use—feel free to share with friends and family!

Client Responsibilities

  • Please ensure we have access to all areas of your venue to capture content.

  • If there are any special moments or sensitive events you prefer not to be filmed, please inform us beforehand.

  • Let your guests know we’ll be posting live updates, so they’re aware of the social media coverage.

Customization and Special Requests

  • We’re flexible! If you have specific requests or need customization, we're happy to accommodate them. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. Additional fees may apply for extensive customization.

Content Delivery

  • We aim to post real-time content during your event, with final edits delivered within 2-4 weeks.

  • Need your content faster? Let us know, and we’ll try to accommodate rush requests.

Technical Issues and Limitations

  • We strive for perfection, but sometimes things happen beyond our control (like weather or venue restrictions). If issues arise, we’ll do our best to find a solution that keeps you happy.

  • In the rare event of equipment failure, we’ll work with you to provide alternative solutions or refunds where applicable.

Privacy and Data Protection

  • Your privacy matters to us. We only use your information to provide our services and will never share it without your permission.
