JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup & Operation: Set up, operate, and pack down photo booths at events. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and meets our high-quality standards.

  • Client Communication: Work closely with clients before and during events to ensure their expectations are met. Address any concerns and provide on-site troubleshooting.

  • Staff Supervision: Manage photo booth assistants or staff, ensuring they deliver outstanding service and assist guests with using the booths.

  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with event coordinators and vendors to ensure smooth integration of the photo booth services into the event timeline.

  • Customer Experience: Provide friendly, professional, and exceptional customer service to all guests. Create a fun, interactive environment for everyone to enjoy.

  • Quality Control: Ensure that all photos, prints, and digital content meet the highest quality standards. Monitor booth performance and resolve any issues promptly.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of props, backdrops, and equipment. Ensure that all items are clean, organized, and ready for each event.

As the Photobooth Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and breakdown of our photo booths. You will work directly with clients to ensure that each event runs smoothly and provide a fun, interactive experience for guests. Your role will ensure that the photo booths deliver top-notch quality and enhance the overall event atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event management, photography, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and operate photo booth equipment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for providing great customer service and creating memorable experiences.

  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

  • Must be able to lift and move equipment as required.
